- Spider Concrete Placing Booms: An easy-to-move option which doesn’t require any foundation work. Can also be used with a mast.

Spider Concrete Placing Booms Spider Concrete Placing Boom is one of the most common types of concrete pouring and distribution systems. They are a perfect solution for pouring columns, shear walls and slab concrete. We offer 4 different types:
Hydraulic: All round solution with 2-3 hydraulic booms with horizontal reach up to 23 meters.
Hydro-mechanical: A cost-effective solution for places where mobile pumps can’t be used. Offers a horizontal reach up to 14 meters.
Mechanical: An economical one-piece concrete placer for tunnel works or slabs with horizontal reach up to 14 meters.
Mechanical Tower: A mechanical spider placing boom installed on a vertical steel beam for increase vertical height. Offers a horizontal reach up to 14 meters.

Self-Climbing Concrete Placing Booms Self-Climbing Concrete Placing Booms are the best choice for tall buildings and large construction sites and can reach 24, 32 and 36 meters with their 3-4 booms with ZR opening systems. As the building becomes higher, the hydraulic system on a hydraulic mast raises the machine up which eliminates the need for disassembling and additional crane operation and installation.

Telescopic Spider Concrete Placing Booms Telescopic Spider Concrete Placing Booms are equipped with telescopic hydraulic mast that can lift the machine up by a few meters. This allows installation in very tight areas as higher positioning allows for operating over the wall formworks. The horizontal reach for these machines is 15, 18 and 20 meters. -
Track-Mounted Spider Concrete Placing Booms A sophisticated design which allows the spider boom to move around the site on a tracked base. It works well where the mobile concrete pumps can’t enter or can’t reach or any other applications with space and height restrictions.

Cobra Concrete Places This is a lightweight and practical solution for pouring concrete slabs and walls in tight spaces. The system is installed on a wheeled base which is powered by either a petrol engine or an electric motor.
