GRAU G100M – A mobile concrete plant that performs

GRAU has been developing mobile concrete plants for many years. With each installation, we collect feedback from our customers and apply design upgrades and improvements. Today, our mobile plants combine key operational features with reliable components that make them stand out.

One model leads the way: the GRAU G100M. It offers optimal production capacity, efficient space use, fast installation and dismantling, and a highly competitive investment cost.

The G100M has been used to complete major infrastructure projects. It can be deployed in just 3–5 days, depending on the configuration. As a mobile plant, it requires minimal foundations, fits into tight spaces, and can be fed with a loader without a high ramp.

Mobility does not mean lower capacity or reduced safety. On the contrary, the G100M is designed to maximise output:

• Aggregate bin doors are shaped for fast unloading.
• An independent aggregate weighing bin allows the next batch to be weighed while the transfer conveyor is still running.
• The transfer belt starts without material on it, reducing power use.
• The 2 m³ twin-shaft mixer loads quickly, and its paddle design ensures fast homogenisation, reducing cycle times and increasing production.
